Vincent Beyron, Partner, ESC Bordeaux, qualified Chartered Accountant and Auditor, Member of the Commission sociale - groupe Comités d'entreprise à l'Ordre des Experts Comptables, Paris. Beginning his career in internal auditing within the Nestlé group, and in external auditing with Deloitte, he spent fifteen years concentrating on corporate operational management (at Burberry, Intersport and Lynx Optique). He is now responsible for the "Business Handover" department, focusing on targeting, diagnostics, valuation and investigations associated with buying and selling businesses. He is also the manager of Soxia, the accounting branch dedicated to works groups. |
