Thierry Legrand, Partner, ESLSCA, qualified Chartered Accountant and Auditor, member of the Commission Secteur non marchand de l'Ordre des Experts Comptables and of the Commission des normes du Conseil supérieur. After spending a number of years working with the Deloitte group, he joined Exponens to manage the local government and community associations department. He works with associations and foundations in all sectors, providing accounting advice and auditing. He also advises on implementing budget controls as well as restructuring community organisations. |
