Pascal Bourhis,Partner, Managing Director of the Exponens group, qualified Chartered Accountant and Auditor, with Masters in Fiscal Law and Econometrics (Paris I). After spending 19 years working in the auditing department at SFPB, he joined the group in 2000. His work in legal and contractual auditing now focuses on the banking and not-for-profit sectors. He also regularly works on auditing for acquisitions and mergers and capital contributions. |
