Frédéric Lafay, Partner, President of the Exponens group, ESC Le Havre, qualified Chartered Accountant and Auditor. After a career as an auditor with the big four (KPMG and Ernst & Young), in 1989, he founded both his own firm, and Eurus, a national organization of accounting and auditing compagnies. His work focuses on auditing projects both in the private and public sectors. He is also regularly involved in merger and capital contribution audits. |
